Architecture, design and travel go hand in hand as Jutta Hoehn knows very well. Jutta, the creative mind behind architectural studio, JSH Algarve, grew up in Germany, where she was exposed to the renowned buildings of Wiesbaden fostering an early love of the design and architecture. She became a member of the Institute of German Architects and is now based in Portugal where she runs her own full-service architectural studio.



She develops bespoke, luxury private homes in the Golden Triangle which includes Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Here, she picks her favourite five Portuguese design feeds on Instagram for you to ogle.

Not only are all the images on the Urbana account beautiful, but they also are great for inspiration. It is focused on interior design and architecture, so I find it very easy to get lost in it. Accounts like these are great as I’m always looking for new ways to do things. It also shows off some of the amazing interiors and architecture found in Portugal.

I love everything about this account. This artwork perfectly complements the style of my work and also inspires many of my designs. I adore their selection of artists and always find myself browsing the account to encourage those creative juices to flow.

Sublime Comporta
Sublime is one of my favourite places to visit in Portugal. I am instantly transported to Comporta as I scroll through the beautiful images of this tranquil setting. Their little wooden cabanas are particularly special, you feel like you are sleeping on the beach.

Time Out Lisboa



Time Out is my go-to account for what’s on in my favourite city. They share the best places to eat, drink and explore for both tourists and the locals. My husband and I often spend our weekends in Lisbon and never fail to discover somewhere new, thanks to Time Out.

Fernando’s account displays the most outstanding interior and exterior home photography in the Algarve and around the globe.
