
A collaborative project felt like the natural next step in their five year friendship. Beginning with slightly whacky blazers, they continued to pair seemingly mismatched colours to create a fashion line that is inspired by local textiles, colourful mid-century patterns, and an appreciation for the vintage clothing that they grew up with.
All summer Instagram has been awash with the label's oversized collar puff-sleeved blouses, gingham checks, ditsy Liberty florals, towelling dresses and printed trousers, in blends of fabrics such as cotton, wool, faux fur and velvet. Fans include Camille Charrière and Laura Jackson.

My favourite pieces are the holiday-perfect tassel shorts and dresses in coloured towelling.

The founders were planning to launch homewear for a long time. They started by creating a lamp collection using the same fabrics as the garments and it was a great success with the clients.

Now the home offering has grown to include tableware with placemats, napkins, tablecloths, aprons and pyjamas. Luckily for fans, these are perhaps slightly more affordable than its fashion range and also make great gifts. Though, because the brand operates on a small scale, producing in limited batches, the pieces often sell out.
