The Devout is a new clothing rental subscription service for men and women, changing our approach to fashion.

If you're a lover of fashion, you will be acutely aware of the amount of clothes that go into landfill every year in the UK (350,000 tonnes). Our love of fast fashion doesn't seem to be slowing down or is it? The pandemic has forced many of us to rethink our fashion buying habits, as we think about sustainability. Yes, we may have filled up many bags destined for charity shops during lockdown, some items much loved, others barely worn at all. All this begs the question, though, did we need those particular clothes in the first place?

Join the fashion rental revolution and contribute to a sustainable future.

Now is the time to join the fashion revolution and sign up to a rental service. Making conscious changes to our fashion habits doesn't have to be boring. Yes there are numerous companies where you can hire glitzy dresses for special occasions, but what about the every day stuff? Enter The Devout, a new clothing rental subscription service that allows you to pick five items every month. This company goes the extra mile that makes a conscious change to your fashion habit shouldn't be boring.

Special offer

GWG visitors can enjoy 50% off their first box, quoting code GOOD50 at checkout. This offers expires on 31st August 2020.

How does it work?

With your monthly subscription of £79, you choose five items from designer and vintage brands, up to a total value of £500. There are outfits for each and every one of The Devout’s subscribers. You might want to rev up your work wear, once we all return back to our offices, or perhaps want to jazz up the school run with some new pieces. Alternatively you might have a special occasion in the diary, and you can book your special outfit. You can do all this and more but without breaking the bank. The Devout gives your wardrobe and your purse the flexibility and sustainability that we crave.

- Wear it like you own it for a month. You can pick anything you like from t-shirts, shirts to jeans and jackets.
- Wear your rentals as little or as often as you like, they're yours for the whole month
- After a month, swap your rentals for five new pieces for the following month. Your current box is picked up when your new one is delivered
- Rest assured that laundry, damage cover, delivery and collection are all included in the monthly subscription price and the packaging is made from sustainable materials.
- Worry not, if you’ve got attached to a particular item. You can keep your rentals for longer as part of your new box, or can purchase them with a discount.
