• If, due to circumstances beyond Aspects Holidays' control, it is unable to provide the stated prize, the company reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
• There is no cash alternative available for any of the prize and it is not transferable. Entrants must be eighteen years old or over to enter and must not be an employee of any of the businesses involved.
• Once the winner has been announced, Aspects Holidays may request contact details so that it can arrange the prize. Aspects Holidays values your privacy and will never share your information with anyone.
• If the winner cannot be contacted/does not respond within three days, Aspects Holidays reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
