More and more of us are relying on our phones to wake us up in the morning. But, given that insomnia is a growing problem and that the blue light emitted from screens can restrain the production of melatonin thus making the problem worse, perhaps now is the moment to call time on devices in the bedroom and return to the good old fashioned alarm clocks that did us so well for so long. It might just nip another bad habit in the bud too: endless scrolling first thing in the morning or last thing at night. We love each and every one of these beauties.
