We will forever love the high street, but there’s nothing quite like the discovery of a really, really good indie label. These small brands’ AW25 collections are almost painfully covetable – think clever silhouettes, killer knits, and outerwear that’ll carry you straight through the season (and way beyond). We’ve combed through the new-in sections to bring you the best of the new drops.

Most Wanted: New-Ins At Our Favourite Indie Labels
Small-batch drops, cultish followings, and pieces that feel like they were made just for you: the indie AW25 collections that are hot right now.
Aligne
We’ve lived in Aligne’s zip-front denim Gabriella dresses over the past year (genius –they look good with everything). Now, we’re adding its AW25 outerwear to our autumn goals list.
Sideline
Whenever Lewes-based indie Sideline drops a new collection, we want everything. AW25 is no different. The shapes! The colours! Obsessed.
Kindred Of Ireland
Kindred of Ireland’s trademark is romance spun in Irish linen. Thanks to the unerring vision of founder Amy Anderson, the AW25 pieces are deeply dreamy. We’re imagining Brontëan wanders across autumnal moors already…
LF Markey
Ethically created and inspired by workwear, LF Markey’s collections are bold, bright, and beautiful – as well as supremely comfortable. To us, they’re the exemplar of hardworking modern womenswear.
Kate Barton
Kate Barton focuses on versatile, seasonless pieces – an elegant riposte to throwaway fashion that encourages us to buy well and buy less. We love her flattering shapes, conscious approach, and new ultra-cosy knits and brushed-cotton staples for AW25. The rave reviews speak volumes.
Beyond 9
Beyond 9 is all about stylish, comfortable clothes designed to serve women at every stage – post-pregnancy (hence the ‘nine’), through menopause, and beyond. We’re particularly into the ballooned trousers and slouchy silhouettes.
OffOn Clothing
Family-run since 2012, OffOn makes everything by hand, with a focus on sustainability and body positivity. At the helm are Simona and Paulius, whose daughters are both their inspiration and motivation. AW25 is their loveliest drop yet – equal parts timeless and uplifting.
Damson Madder
Damson Madder’s AW25 presentation In The Slow Lane unites street-wise preppy staples with thoughtful tweaks – think functional straps, detachable details, shirred bodices and unexpected cuts. The brand is shaping things with style plus substance: pieces that reference classic aesthetics but feel entirely now.
