Campana gained two decades of industry experience before launching her own label. She spent six years at & Other Stories and the H&M Group, worked on collections for Claudie Pierlot and Sonia Rykiel, and served as artistic director at Tara Jarmon.
The Bandana Reinvented

The brand's signature is the traditional American bandana, reworked with French embroidery. Pieces are made using authentic cotton bandanas sourced from one of the last remaining bandana factories, in South Carolina, USA, with embroidery done by hand by qualified European embroiderers. Classic cuts are assembled in a Paris workshop, with production split between France and Poland.
And there's more

The collection now includes bags, clothing, accessories and home.

Upcycling
Beyond its core collection, the brand runs a dedicated upcycling arm where vintage bandanas and cotton scarves are individually sourced and transformed into jackets, shirts and denim patches, meaning some pieces are genuinely one-off, not just limited edition.
Collaborations
Call It By Your Name has done a few partnership pieces, including a Sisley Paris collaboration, a limited-edition insulated summer bag made from recycled vintage bandanas in coral and orange, hand-embroidered with a sun motif, gifted to Sisley's Gold and Platinum customers on qualifying orders.
The current collaboration with Italian brand Ilio Smeraldo, has resulted in a capsule collection of shoes.
Customised embroidery

Beyond ready-made collections, custom embroidery is a real part of the business, customers can order bandanas with names or words hand-stitched in, with a stated four-week turnaround, positioned deliberately against mass-market printed or screen-printed bandanas.

I have my eye on the colourful bag straps, because adapting all my bags to a cross body style suits me best.
