Anthea's Home Store

A charming homewares site full of quintessentially British products.

Anthea’s Home Store is an excellent new find stumbled across in the search for eclectic homewares. With its colourful palette of elegant products for the modern interior we were pleasantly surprised by quintessentially British products that are anything but mass produced.

Quirky, stylish, high quality, items are categorised by collection or designer. Lighting, ceramics, prints, there are even home fragrances and beautiful geometric wallpapers. What really sets this site apart however is the carefully curated list of niche designers; Coco Mangai, Louise Tate, Lisa Bliss, debut designer Olivia Berry, all reflective of the kind of taste that has secured Anthea a well respected career as an interior designer of note. Beautiful, original, affordable is her ethos, with a selection of key investment pieces thrown in.

The blog attached to the site is certainly worth noting, complete with handy tips and competitions.

All in all, Anthea’s Home Store is a site that brings quintessential British country house style to the fore, evoking warm winter nights in front of the fire or the rapture of a day in a cottage garden. Don’t miss the Butterfly Wallpaper by Melissa Braconnier, a ridiculously charming print to wake up to. For a standout gift, the Dachsund cushions are sure to bring a smile to even the most jaded of friends or relatives.
