Dominie Moss, founder of the financial services recruitment firm, talks about getting women back into the financial services after a career break.
What was the inspiration for the site?
There are about 30 large corporates who now run their own Return to Work programmes – a mid-career paid internship designed to bring (mainly) women who have taken time out, back into work - and they receive hundreds if not thousands of applications. We make it easy for companies that don’t have the resources or know-how, do the same thing.
When did you launch the site?
We officially launched on 12th October 2016.
What are your greatest challenges?
Having enough hours in the day. One our biggest challenges is reaching our audience of potential returners to let them know we are here.
What's your background?
20 years working the in City, 16 in Executive Search for one of the big international firms and then 2 years working for a fabulous boutique search firm called JD Haspel, They played a huge part in giving me both advice and resources in getting The Return Hub off the ground
Who do you admire in business?
My Dad. He is so wise! He always gives me good advice, simple and uncomplicated. And always has my back.

There are a few, perhaps not the most glamorous but the Xero Accounting App is brilliant for a small business, and the Ocaodo app means my family gets to eat.
What is the best piece of business advice you've been given?
My friend Rob Gardner, co-founder of Redington, told me to read a book call Who Moved My Cheese by Dr Spencer Johnson.
