The founder & CEO of, the UK’s largest online childcare platform, gives us an insight into his life online.

Richard Conway is a multi-award winning serial internet entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of, the UK's largest online childcare platform.

Richard saw the potential of the internet over twenty-five years ago. He began to buy domain names before most companies even knew what a website was. Richard started developing and selling websites and in 2006 sold one of his companies, to a US listed company for an eight-figure sum.

Richard co-founded one of the world's first online dating sites in 2001. After he and his wife Hayley had their first child in 2007, they couldn't find a local babysitter so turned to the internet for help.

Surprised that there was no ‘Amazon' of childcare, Richard decided to use his experience of running an online dating company to launch by helping parents and childcare providers meet online. has helped over a million parents find childcare and has helped hundreds of thousands of babysitters, nannies, registered childminders and tutors find work. Their latest TV advert features the voice of celebrity mum of three, Davina McCall.

The platform has won several awards including being a previous winner of Social/Community category in The GWG Website of the Year Awards.
