A few years ago, Daria identified a gap in the sport and lifestyle industry for the e-commerce promotion of services as opposed to goods. The core idea of TruBe is flexible fitness and one-stop-shop to staying fit and achieving a balanced lifestyle. She also founded IT company Iwoo Limited, is a regular speaker on healthy lifestyle for Huffington Post. Here she explains why she deleted her personal Instagram account and her most efficient apps.

My favourite website... People close to me will know I’m really passionate about the technology industry, so I love websites that I can check in on each day and keep up to date with all the latest news in the tech world. In particular, Techmeme.com is great for information on the newest startups, upcoming events and the latest trends in the industry.

My favourite app... business wise, Dropbox is my go-to - Its functionality and efficiency is invaluable. I also love Gett Taxi as it’s reliable and gets me anywhere around town at any time.

My internet hero... I don’t have an internet hero as such. There are certainly people online who give me inspiration day to day, but not a specific hero per se. The internet and social media is so prolific these days, I personally believe that in order to maintain a sense of individuality we should try to be our own heroes, rather than turning to others.

My most recent buy online... A tank for my daughter’s stick insect from Amazon!

Book just downloaded / read… ‘Seven Brief Lessons on Physics’ by Carlo Rovelli - In a nutshell, he delves into the most transformative physics breakthroughs of the 20th and 21st centuries and really takes readers on a journey of discovery. It’s fascinating.

Favourite Tweeter... I mainly use Twitter to stay up to date with the latest news and current affairs, so I would say Bloomberg would be my favourite to follow.

Favourite Instagrammer… I actually recently deleted my personal Instagram account as I wanted to focus on interacting more with my friends and family in real life. I think it’s really important to take a step back from our online lives sometimes and try to immerse ourselves in the moment more.

Social media allowed me to meet.. New brands! I’m always looking at new avenues and ways to save time – Flower Box has been my latest discovery and it’s very efficient with its same day delivery.

Most worthwhile newsletter subscribed to... The weekly newsletter my travel agent sends out. It’s filled with exciting new destinations and always inspires me on new places to visit with family and friends.

Pet hate about life online… People not living in the moment and feeling the need to live life completely online. It’s the main reason I deleted my personal Instagram account - I want to actually appreciate and enjoy the little things in life, rather than just taking photos of them.

Stand out online memory… Being able to cultivate an online community of like minded people with a passion for health and fitness.
