Recycled furniture, hand-printed cushions and much more.

Idyll Home is a delightful site and an absolute treasure trove for unusual furniture and furnishings.

This is a small site, put together in a clean and simple way – it doesn’t need to be flashy as the products speak for themselves and are well-represented online with excellent photography. Idyll Home is run by couple, Claire and Doug, who are based in the Shropshire countryside and only sell things that they love and which are ethically produced and recycled where possible. With taste like this, their home must be idyllic, but with this site at your disposal, your home now can be too. Browse categories covering Living, Kitchen & Dining, Lighting, Bed & Bath, Kids, Office & Storage, Garden & Outdoors and Gifts discovering all manner of household treats ranging from hand-block printed cushions from India to recycled furniture or Hamman soaps.

At The Good Web Guide, we’ve fallen in love with almost everything on this site, but are particularly excited about The Sack Cloth armchair, made from vintage French material and the Asian style lacquered wood cabinet with a black lacquered finish on the exterior and natural wooden interior – simply stunning. The Indoor Pendant Lights are another find, as is the pretty ivory duvet cover and matching pillow case with one line of multi-coloured satin pompoms along the top. No wonder that Idyll Home has been picked up by some of the top lifestyle and interiors magazines such as Country Homes, Living Etc, Coast and others. Idyll Home is a wonderful source of gifts for weddings, birthdays or Christmas with all products are wrapped in biodegradable packaging. Be sure to bookmark this one.
