Discover the online homewares store that peddles “stylish living for the fabulous and fearless.”

As of this month, the eclectic home accessories and furniture company that we knew and loved as MiaFleur has a new name, a new brand and a spanking new website. Welcome to

The company’s new name is derived from Latin and reflects the state of being audacious, daring, bold or courageous – which is exactly how the people behind the brand want you to approach your interiors shopping.

You want audacious, unusual home accessories? Try the Zebra Vase. You want daring? Try the Round Brass and Marble Drinks Trolley. You want bold? We like the Brass Flamingo Table Lamp with Ombre Shade. You want courageous? We love the Octopus Bookends.

In 2012, founders Jacqui, Hollie and Amelia Brooks set up MiaFleur to sell gorgeous vintage furniture. They spent their weekends at auctions, truffling out beautiful pieces that they would upcycle – or scraps of fabric out of which to make stunning cushions and tea towels by hand. Eventually, it became clear that this pretty haul was not scalable and that the business model would have to change.

With Audenza, their new online boutique, the original trio aims to add edge and style to the homes of interesting people. Selling a quirky selection of characterful treasures and unique furniture, the founders want customers to express themselves through their homes.

Life’s too short to live in a beige box, they say. Be bold, be brave, be you, they say.

Serious thought, imagination and flair has gone into the redesign of this wacky website, making it as user-friendly as it can be. The “gifts” section is itself a gift to even the most hapless present-buyer. Its headings are so helpful – Quirky Gifts, Garden Gifts, Gifts Under £25, Gifts for the Home, Gifts for Women and Gifts for Couples – that you could let loose your partner or father on here and probably be thrilled by the result.

Packed full of inspiration, tips and interiors contacts, Audenza’s blog is not to be missed.

Plus, the brand’s relaunch comes with a snazzy new hashtag, too. It’s time to get shopping – and, when you have, to get snapping, using: #livefabulousandfearless.
