Prints, posters and limited-edition works: with tasteful websites like these, it’s never been easier to express yourself through the art on your walls.

Nothing reflects your personality better than an eclectic art collection made up of posters, prints and limited-edition works. These days, you need neither in-depth knowledge nor a big budget to pull off the coveted “gallery wall” vibe. Here, we pick out five of the best sites for buying affordable art online.

Desenio

Desenio’s vast range of posters and Scandinavian art prints echoes all of the latest interior design trends. Based in Stockholm, but with an online presence in 33 countries, these guys have been making stylish wall art available to everybody since 2010. With its chic, monochrome line drawing of two faces, we are particularly fond of the CLOSE POSTER.

Room Fifty

Launched in 2017, RoomFifty is an exciting new website selling affordable, limited-edition prints by 50 of the best designers in the world. Each carefully selected artist is asked to produce three works of art every four months – and each design is unique to RoomFifty. We are big fans of ICE SKATING by New York-based illustrator, Marcellus Hall.

Hotel Magique

When you visit the site of graphic designer and all-round creative, Milou Neelen, the only question you will ask yourself is: how many of these gorgeous art prints can I justify hanging on one wall? Having worked for Tommy Hilfiger, ELLE and Scotch & Soda, Neelen created her own brand that combines her love of hotel nights and paper goods. Feast your eyes on the result. We want the Green Tout Est Magique print .

Partnership Editions

You won’t find any posters here. Partnership Editions works with emerging to mid-career artists to produce limited-edition prints and multiples, as well as unique but affordable works of art. Prices range from £50 to £1,000, and each work is handmade and signed by the artist. The shop is a pleasure to peruse. Snap up a Slice No. 2 from India Dewar’s Toast range, before it’s too late.

King & McGaw

These fellas started out in 1982 as a small screenprinter’s in Brighton. Their mission then – as now – was to bring affordable art to everybody. Today, from a factory and design studio in Newhaven, their skilled artisans print and frame with the utmost care, advanced techniques and high-quality materials.

Whether you want a rare exhibition poster, a contemporary limited edition or a fine artwork that has been reproduced to museum standard, this selection will blow your mind. We’d like a Picasso exhibition poster , please.
