Muddy Boots Food

Beef burgers just got better. Buy a value box to keep in your freezer.

Roland and Miranda Ballard, an enthusiastic and loved-up pair of young entrepreneurs, left the hustle and bustle of the city in 2008 to set up Muddy Boots Real Foods, a gourmet burger business.

Now the ambitious duo have set up Muddy Boots Food Hall, where not only can you buy the Muddy Boots burgers, but other epicurean delights from the likes of Mr. Organic, Mr Singh’s Sauce, What A Pickle and Haford Cheese. While you are there, check out the 'Recipe of the Month' for some great burger meal ideas.

Now available in Waitrose and Ocado, these are no ordinary burgers. Roland and Miranda honed their burger-making technique by selling at farmer’s markets and gourmet food fairs until they had the good fortune to be featured on High Street Dreams (a BBC One production with Jo Malone). Only the finest cuts of premium aberdeen angus meat are used in Muddy Boots burgers and with a mouthwatering array of recipes (e.g. beetroot and bramley apple, caramalised onion and mozzarella), Muddy Boots have definitely given the bog-standard burger a major makeover.

Save yourself some time and money when you next throw a party and head to Muddy Boots Food Hall for one of their great value burger boxes (24 burgers for only £35); there isn't even a delivery charge!
