What we need to know in order to process your entry in this year's Awards.

All entrants have the opportunity to leave more information about their sites.

The entry fees are as follows:

£75 exc VAT to enter a website into 1 category
£120 exc VAT to enter a website into 2 categories
£160 exc VAT to enter a website into 3 categories

One category is exempt from entry fees this year: Charity/Social Enterprise.

Entries must be received by the extended closing date of midnight 25th September 2016.

Once the initial entry phase has been completed, whereby relevant categories have been selected and payment taken, an email will be sent. This email will contain a unique reference link, taking entrants to a questionnaire.

This stage is entirely optional but we hope that you'll take part as the information will provide valuable background material once the judging begins. You can choose to answer all or just some of the questions. Any quirky facts or landmark moments about the website might be used for social media purposes.

Entrants do not need to complete the questionnaire straight away and they will be able to go back to their unique page, to add to or amend as and when necessary.

It goes without saying that critical information regarding websites will remain confidential throughout.

The questions are as follows:-

Date site launched:

No of unique visits per month:

No of employees, permanent/temporary or freelance:

Background/history of founders and whether they've been involved in any other web enterprises:

How has the site been funded, private investment/venture capital:

Is there something unusual about the site or its history:

Key milestones achieved since the site was launched:
