PRIZE T&Cs

1. An advertising campaign on the Website of the Year channel on thegoodwebguide.co.uk, worth (£500). To be taken before November 2012.

2. Two hours free singing for 8 people at any Lucky Voice venue (£180).

GENERAL T&Cs

1. This competition is run by The Good Web Guide Ltd, Unit 23 Canalot Studios, 222 Kensal Road, London W10 5BN.
2. The closing date for entries is 6pm on 2nd October 2011. No entries after this date will be valid.
3. The competition is open to small businesses and non-profit organisations. There will only be one winner and two runners up. The judges' decision is final. Runner up sites may be highly commended at The Good Web Guide's discretion.
4. The Awards ceremony will take place in London on Wednesday 16th November 2011. The winner will be invited to attend with one guest (travel and accommodation not included).
5. The winner will receive £1000, £500 to spend on advertising at The Good Web Guide before November 2012, a full SEO audit and follow-up consultation with SEOptimise.
6. The prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash or prize alternatives are available.
7. By entering this competition, you are agreeing that, if you win, your name and image may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner in any related publicity, without additional payment or permission.
8. Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this competition and will not be disclosed to any other parties.
9. Any application containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be invalid.
10. The Good Web Guide Ltd. excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this competition and reserves the right to cancel or alter the competition at any stage.
11. Under no circumstances will The Good Web Guide Ltd. be liable for any loss, damages, costs and expenses arising.
