This is an excellent and extensive travel magazine designed for and written by women, although it's certainly useful and interesting to men as well. It gives quick access to a vast amount of well-organised, well-researched travel information, much of it provided by the local residents of travel or dream destinations, who are often professional writers. The site is superior to others with high subscriber participation as it edits the published contributions, so that clarity and practicality reign throughout. The no-nonsense, no-drivel content is refreshing. Although the site claims to be subscription only, no payment is required.

Travel 101 gives advice and tips from professional travel writers on the top ten travel books, the top twenty-five things to put in your backpack, and more.
