Holiday Complaints

This site is a useful source for checking to see whether travel operators have had complaints made against them. The database, although still in its infancy, is rather cumbersome, with a series of links before results are located. The site is limited to tour operators at the moment but within time they plan to introduce complaints against airlines, cruises, car rental and hotels.

There is also useful advice on complaint procedure. Remember, there is no way of verifying whether these complaints are valid and the site is only as good as the number of people who contribute.
