Since 1999 the company acquired various properties on the island that had been left abandoned and in disrepair since an earthquake struck the island in 1956. They restored the properties lovingly and with a large amount of research into the proper materials which were all locally sourced for a traditional finish. Their goal was to blend the functionality and aesthetics of the old villas with the surrounding village, and to bridge the gap between old and modern architecture. The results are what they wish to share with their guests as well as the treasures of Santorini itself.

The properties on offer are simply stunning, from the wonderfully romantic stone house for two, complete with small private swimming pool to the fabulous, grand Mansion 1878 and the sweeping panoramic views of Villa Ilios & Selene. Prices range from 245 Euros to 1220 Euros per night, including transfers, car rental, housekeeping and a welcome hamper. A minimum booking of three nights required.
