are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, offering courses packed with outdoor activities, treatments, therapies and wholesome fresh food. This is no ‘quick fix’ boot camp – rather the good start through which visitors can achieve a sustainable lifestyle change. A typical day during the week-long course
might include an early morning Pilates session followed by breakfast, a nutrition workshop, a hike then lunch, followed by a boxing master class, snack, hypnotherapy session, team games, dinner, a walk then a massage. Not too strenuous – just healthy, active and informative.
