Owned by Louise MacBain, the art publishing grand dame, ArtInfo has the makings of something very big. Using material from other publications within the group, such as Art+Auction, Modern Painters, Spoon Magazine and a number of magazines on museums and galleries, ArtInfo leads the way with international art news.

ArtInfo surpasses itself with its auction information, with pre and post sale data. This database dates back to the 1920s and has over four million searchable entries. There are images, where possible, along with artist information. Professionals and enthusiasts will quickly be able to access information on recent sale prices and the like, using this one stop site.
