Splice Today is a stylish ezine which carries articles on culture, politics and sport. Colourful and visually arresting, the site's content is organised into three categories: The Feed, Splice Original and Multimedia. The Feed consists of linked articles from a variety of sources such as newspapers and magazines. Splice Original is a collection of writing by the site's own team of staff writers and freelance scribes. Multimedia is all other material that can't be fitted into the first two categories and features lots of videos. The content is intelligent and involved.

Alongside each article on the site you'll find related content and comments left by users. On the top left corner of every page you'll find the most recent comments and in the bottom left hand corner you can see the most viewed articles. It's very easy to find your way around and there's lots here to keep you detained.

The most unusual thing about Splice Original is that it makes you feel a part of a world dominated by images and the reach of the media, but it does not slavishly celebrate our brave new world or give itself over to a superficial treatment of it.
