Time to Change
Time to Change is a new campaign which is aiming to bring about an end to mental health discrimination. It's led by Mental Health Media, Mind and Rethink and is funded by the National Lottery and Comic Relief.
AN END TO STIGMA
The campaign is committed to ending stigma, with a firm emphasis on tackling the taboo of mental illness. It's being supported and promoted by the likes of Stephen Fry, Ruby Wax and Alastair Campbell, each of whom has spoken openly about their problems with mental health.
RESOURCES AND SUPPORT
The website works as a resource centre and offers links to support networks and organisations at local, national and international level that are all committed to eradicating discrimination and promoting wellbeing.
You can follow the various blogs, join in on the discussion boards, read stories about people who have resisted discrimination and find out about the 28 community projects that Time to Change is running around the country.
