TimeBank
TimeBank is a charity which runs volunteer projects and creates a support network for volunteers. It was set up in 2000, has registered over 300,000 volunteers, and believes that identity should be co-operative rather than individualistic.

Funded by the Office for Civil Society, TimeBank also receives support from a variety of organisations including the City Bridge Trust, the Refugee Council and the Garfield Weston Foundation.

Once you've gathered all the information you need, input your postcode on the site's homepage and find out what opportunities are available in your area. If you do join one of the projects listed you can leave feedback on your experience, allowing TimeBank to improve upon the work it does.
