HB also offers a telephone advisory service catering for risk-averse investors (from £7 per trade) and for less risk-averse investors (£15 per trade).

Online dealing is at real-time snapshot quotes (with a price improver) or at limit, stop loss and rising buy (good for 14 days). For the tax-averse, there are self-select ISA and PEP accounts (£50 p.a. for an ISA account and £50 for a PE account) but no SIPP.

There are free research facilities on all stocks, and free in-house company research and reports on AIM and OFEX stock.
