DJguard is happy to talk to its customers from its UK based call centre between Monday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The site does cover most queries in both the Jargon Buster and FAQs. Online, follow the Step-by-Step guide to get a quote, opting in for different cover, such as geographical area, breakdown, public liability. Either save the quote to return to later or pay online in one lump sum or by monthly instalments. Within three working days, DJguard will send an electronic letter (£5 surcharge for one to be sent by mail) and confirmation schedule, allowing you to download the policy wording.

Once up and running, the policy can be accessed from the website, allowing you to make claims online and renew the policy at the year end.
