Consumer Credit Counselling Service

The CCCS is a charity offering ‘free, independent, impartial and realistic advice' for people in financial difficulty. Set up by Vic Ware and Malcolm Hurlston in 1993 and based in Leeds, the CCCS provides counselling on how to budget, the use of credit and debt management. As well as the website there are ten regional centres and a free national telephone helpline.
