Crocus Walk

A Crocus Walk is a chance to get together with friends, embrace the great outdoors and celebrate those you remember and love while raising money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

With the emphasis on fun and enjoyment, there are no set routes or rules so your walk really can be anything you want it to be, from a Sunday stroll to walking the dogs or rambling up a local hill.

Every year in the UK, 46,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. The research done by Breakthrough Breast Cancer strives for better treatment, accurate diagnosis and prevention, and is funded entirely by voluntary donations.

If you want to find other Crocus Walks in your area you can use the simple search facility which allows you to browse your region using a map and walks will be shown with welly shaped markers

Children can have fun and help promote their families' Crocus Walk with a fabulous poster competition. There are some lovely books for the winner of each age group.
