Inner Space
Inner Space is a centre for relaxation, meditation and positive thinking in London's Covent Garden. The centre is run by The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, an international organisation working at all levels of society for positive change. Everything they offer at the centre and their lectures and courses are all free to the public.

Talks and seminars run throughout the year to bring about quality thinking and encourage concrete action plans that improve the quality of life for people. Guest speakers come from across the world to share experiences and observations at lecture venues across London. You can also look through an archive online for all their previous lectures.

Whichever course you choose, from meditation to relaxation strategies, positive thinking to time management, or 8 ways to empower you at work, all have been designed to clarify and inspire, by making things simple to do.
