The site is well designed, though a bit cramped, and pretty easy to navigate. There are pieces of news and views on the home page plus a wide range of articles.

Therapy A-Z is an extensive list of complementary therapies grouped under one of either Mind, Body or Spirit. The list appears to include everything you would expect plus a few unusual ones such as Feldenkrais, Aura Soma and Fire walking which is interesting.

The site also has databases of retreats, holidays and workshops. You can submit your own retreat or workshop online but it is hard to see if these are vetted at all.
