Following the three principles behind good shirtmaking - cut, construction and fabric, T.M.Lewin shirts are made from the highest quality Poplins and Twill cotton fabrics and to the highest standards. In 2005 they launched a highly successful range of classic suits and have also extended their highly respected knowledge of cut, quality and style to a popular range of modern casuals, shoes and accessories.

Each month their team of in-house designers create over 100 new patterns for their shirt buyers to choose from, resulting in a selection of over 200 different shirt and tie patterns, each produced in strictly limited quantities so you have the opportunity to wear something exclusive.

A HISTORY OF FINE SHIRTMAKERS

T.M.Lewin was founded in 1898 when Thomas Mayes Lewin opened his first shop, a gentleman's shirtmakers, in London's Jermyn Street. They were soon recognised as leaders in the field of shirt making with a reputation for quality and design. They were one of the first to make the ‘coat shirt', the groundbreaking idea of a shirt with buttons down the front.
