The Big Picture Library

The Big Picture Library provides members with their own personal gallery to upload and display their digital photos in a variety of stylish photo albums.

This attractively designed and easy to navigate site allows you to showcase all of your favourite snaps. Follow the directions and upload your images using the template for a professional looking photo album. Once you have uploaded your pictures you can set them off against a background design of your choice, from classic layouts to fun images of palm trees or seasonal themes like Christmas or Valentine's Day.

You will get a Big Picture Library web address for your album which you can email to friends and family without the hassle of attaching jpegs or clogging their inboxes. To browse through other users' photo albums simply click any of the photos to access its menu area.

The Big Picture Library was created in November 2006 by web designers Jack Sanderson and Matt Woodage. It reaches a diverse audience with members using it to display holiday snaps, family photos and for business purposes. The sites can be password protected providing members with additional security.

The service is free to use and allows you to display up to 250 images. For an annual subscription of £15 members can also receive an unlimited upload facility, five extra templates plus the option to sub-divide your photos into as many folders as you want.

All members receive a monthly e-newsletter which is packed with photo tips, a featured gallery of the month and information on any new features or upgrades that are available.
