A Cup of Jo is the blog spot of magazine writer and blogger Joanna Goddard and is a delightfully girly distraction for those feeling desk-bound and bored.

What makes the blog such fun to browse is its distinctly personal style. "Art, photography, fashion, design, bikes and the people I love" is how Jo describes it, and via her posts on these various subjects, you get a good sense of what Joanna Goddard may actually be like as a person. Happy, busy, girly and likeable is the general impression, though perhaps blogs can be deceiving. Who knows?

EASY TO READ

The blog is easy to read because, unlike so many others which ramble on and on until your eyes sting and your head hurts, Jo presents her life and likes in short sharp snippets ie.

GREAT PICTURES, LOTS OF LINKS

These are broken up with lots of links and some great quality pictures, which (we think) are essential in a good blog. Joanna is clearly a girl's girl and her charm comes across - before you know it, you're deciding which wedding dress would suit her best and wishing her well for her big day.
