Which? Consumer Champion Award

This award recognises an outstanding contribution made by an individual to further consumer cause. Stewart Mackenzie received the award this year, in recognition of his hard work improving people's experience of legal services in Scotland for the last ten years.

Good Food Guide Readers' Restaurant of the Year

Jason Atherton, formerly chef at Gordon Ramsay's Maze restaurant, announced the winner of this much sought after award.  Voters had nominated restaurants and regional winners announced ahead of the Awards. The winner was The Swan at Southrop in the Cotswolds. Sebastian Snow, owner, was clearly delighted that his team's hardwork had been recognised by both Which? and their happy clients, especially since this is only the Snows' second year of trading at The Swan.
