Steve Williams, Stand Up Storyteller Man

Steve Williams, the hugely popular Welsh comedian and writer continues to entertain audiences with his quirky and fun packed stand-up shows. A performer on BBC Three's most successful studio entertainment show Russell Howard's Good News (the most requested BBC Three show on iPlayer whilst on air) embarks on his debut stand-up comedy tour. Steve, as seen on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Road Show (BBC One) and support act for LEE MACK's sell-out 2006 Lee Mack Live Tour, will perform his latest solo show Stand Up Story Teller Man at theatres nationwide from 25th January to 6th June, 2011.

STEVE'S FAVOURITE SITES

G Maps pedometer - Go running and you can accurately track the distance you've travelled.  Also like most of the Google Map range you can use it to peer over fences, see what people have in their gardens, then work out if you stole it how far you'd have to run home.

HSBC Online Banking - Online banking is brilliant. It's an ultra functional way of managing your money or your debt (depending which side of the credit crunch you were on), without any of the lunchtime queues or armed robberies.   Now that's convenience.

The BBC - Undoubtedly the best website on the www.  Where else can you watch the latest Eastenders, check the forecast in Peru whilst downloading a recipe for haddock soufflé??  Only the BBC would provide such a one stop shop, guaranteeing success at your next cockney Peruvian fish quiche night

Any of the news websites - The Mail Online, The Sun, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Daily Express, Sky News, The Daily Star, The Daily Mirror - all wondrous sources of news information and inspiration.  My recommendation is go deeper than the top page to find interesting stories such as the Swansea police force that stopped a suicidal man jumping off a car park roof by renting and placing a bouncy castle underneath him. Brilliant.

Wikipedia - If you want to know if something is true or not… this may or may not be the place but it's certainly handy.  Contributed and edited by the public it's entirely at their mercy.  Imagine all your friends gathered in one room, 99% of the information they give you will be accurate. However, knowing some of my friends there'll also be some deliberate misinformation and you don't want to be the guy asking ‘so the yellow snow is high in vitamin D?'

Spotify - It claims to have 10 million songs for you to choose from and play. It's kind of like a digital radio station but you choose the playlist and there's no interference or DJs as they're known.
