Trust Elly, she is in the know. Members of The Handbook gain access to contact details of 62,000 contacts from digital influencers to celebrities.

We asked Elly to share her five favourite feeds on Instagram.

@clairemenary

Claire Menary is a former restaurant PR turned full-time blogger and photographer. I love her documentation of her strolls around Soho, country walks and professional photo shoots of new London venues. She makes everywhere want to be added to our bucket list.

@londonfoodbabes

The London Food Babes know their street food. Eating their way around London, they share pictures of everything from a coffee in Brixton to wagyu tataki in Belgravia. We love the variation in their posts - how do they find time to eat so much?!

@dandoherty_

Dan Doherty is Chef Director of Duck & Waffle but has made a name for himself on Instagram with an impressive 62,000 followers. We love his shots of new Duck & Waffle dishes and all round recipe inspo.

@mrlyan

Ryan Chetiyawardana aka The World's Best Bartender gives us an insight into his world with behind the scenes snaps, recipe testing and upcoming projects. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan at the press launch of his collaboration with Cinnamon Bazaar recently - a very talented and modest guy!

@annabarnettcooks

Anna Barnett is a super-stylish cook and contributor to Vogue and Grazia. She has recently branched more into food reviews, giving an honest account of some of London's coolest restaurants that she attends with her husband, the so-called 'reluctant vegetarian'.
