The handbag designer shares her favourite Instagram feeds on who is worth following for street style.

After working for high street giants Next, Boden and Marks & Spencer, Clare Slater went solo in 2015 and launched her own handbag label. Here, she shares her favourite Instagram feeds to follow for street style.

@theworldwidewardrobe

This Instagram page captures the best of international street style. It all started at Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design in London where the contributors met. The Editor-in-Chief is Abigail Cullis who has her own fantastic Instagram page, @abigailseesit. Abi has helped me to transform my Instagram by creating a theme and taking some brilliant photographs. She recently set up as a social media consultant and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

@accessorysalad

As a handbag designer, I am naturally very interested in anything to do with accessories. This is a fun page, which features some interesting designs photographed on people as they are out and about.

@whowhatwear

With 2.6 million followers, this is an impressive Instagram feed documenting fashion news for street style, celebrities and trends.

@theversastyle

The styling on this Instagram page is great. The predominant theme is ‘style in monochrome.’ The Clare Slater London logo is black and white – and zebra print features in my first collection. I like the sharp contrast of black and white.

@lucyflorals

Glasgow-based Lucy’s Instagram focuses on street style, lifestyle, beauty and travel. She always seems to be wearing jeans but every outfit looks different. I particularly like the way she has styled and edited the photos.
