The Stevenson Brothers are renowned for their rocking horses, the best in the world. They specialise in old-fashioned rocking horses, with exceptional attention to detail, these horses are bound to become heirlooms, passed down the generations.

In business since 1992, the rocking horses are made in Kent, where you can also visit their large showroom which is ful of both new and antique rocking horses. The site shows a selection of the company's most popular designs in a variety of woods, along with a page of recent commissions. The rocking tiger or life size Jersey cow are certainly inspiring starting points. Horses are available in three sizes and adults can also ride them. Click on workshop and you can follow the manufacturing process and techniques.

For rocking horses that have seen better days, you can book them in to the Stevensons' hospital where they can be restored to their former glory.
