An innovative and completely free to use website, MYLO helps to support teenagers learning French, Spanish, German and Mandarin Chinese, but can also be hugely helpful to any adult trying to learn a new language.

INTERACTIVE CHALLENGES

Clear and simple to use, the site has numerous interactive challenges to get teenagers practicing the language they've learnt in school in fun ‘real life' situations such as designing a French football strip or a Spanish computer game, or working in a French fashion house. With practice materials, online dictionaries, phrase books, background information and plenty of hints and tips, learners have everything they need to complete the tasks online. MYLO also provides opportunities for students to use their productive skills by working on writing and speaking projects.

LEARNING MADE FUN

Piloted and developed with the input of a number of schools, educational bodies and teachers, MYLO can help develop skills in delegating, group work and project management and can make learning a language feel like fun. If you've ever gone abroad and been unable to order a coffee, or felt shamed at the way the rest of the world can speak English so fluently, then this is your chance to not only improve your own linguistic skills, but those of your children too.
