Newly launched website, MumSaid.co.uk was set up by an ex-model and interior designer, Kimberly Cohu, and specialises in luxury nursery and children's furniture and accessories.

Beautiful and gifted, after a career as an international model, Kimberly opened her own interiors showroom in Los Angeles: ‘Feathered Nest' was called "Hollywood's best-kept secret" and her custom-made furnishings and warm interior design work featured in the homes of Johnny Depp, Melanie Giffiths & Antonio Banderas, Julia Roberts and many more A-list stars from Tinseltown. Fortunately for the buying British public, Kimberly moved to Britain six years ago with her British journalist husband, Will Cohu, and now lives in Lincolnshire, surrounded by her three children, sheep, pigs, dogs and thousands of roses. Luckily for parents and children, this hasn't been enough to keep her busy, and the launch of her UK-based online store MumSaid.co.uk, finally brings that star-quality taste to our own doorstep.

Mum Said imports hand-made and painted nursery furniture with a wide range of designs including whimsical and classic elegant. It has all areas covered, with excellent lines in bedding, accessories, clothing, lighting, baby gear and more. The name, Mum Said first came about when Kimberly's children would play their mother off against other people when they wanted something. As long as she was out of earshot, they would say, "Mum said…." in order to get sweets and toys etc. Well, what Mum says is usually right, and Mum Said has got it very right indeed.
