Internet Resources For Special Children

The IRSC is a non-profit organisation started up by John G Ciamarra who was spured into action after his son Robert was born with multiple disabilities, and he found that information was not readily available. Ciamarra has surfed the net high and low for information, and this is the result. The IRSC's remit is the communication of 'information relating to the needs of children with disabilities on a global basis.' The site is simple and unpretentious in design, and the sheer breadth and detail of information available indicates that this site is very much a labour of love.
