KIDSEN is a unique store in that it only stocks clothes for babies and toddlers, nursery furniture, prams and wooden toys that are sourced predominantly from Scandanavia.

The company handpicks the very best products from Northern Europe and road tests them extensively before they make it onto the shelves in its light-filled shop in Kensal Rise, London or on to the virtual shelves of its equally appealing website. Capturing the clean lines of Scandanavian design, the site showcases a  range of original and durable products, where design and functionality are key.

ALL YOU NEED

KIDSEN sells everything that could possibly need for kids from clothes and toys, to nursery furniture and books and CDs. Each product has a full description, alongside good quality images. Within each category, you'll find a section called KIDSEN Adores. These are the products the Kidsen team really like.

In Toys, you'll find the Lundby Stockholm Dolls house, a stylish contemporary take on the traditional model whilst boys would certainly go for the  Automoblox C9 Red Sports Car with its sleek lines and good design, appealing to a grown up too.

KIDS' KIT

KIDSEN sells prams from Brio, a pram and pushchair configuration, that uses a revolutionary clicking system, switching it from being a traditional pram to a pushchair and if required a travel system (using a car seat).  You can watch the demo video to see how it works.

In Nursery Furniture, you'll find the Brio Colour Range of cots, brightly coloured in either red or green, which are a fun departure from the traditional. Mattresses, blankets, pillows and cushions ensure you can carry the Scandanavian theme through. Mealtimes are catered for too with plates and bowls.

Wall stickers are a great way to decorate a nursery or kid's bedroom, low on cost, high on impact and KIDSEN has a good selection from Ferm Living. These do not have to be confined to the nursery and would look great in a living space as well. The Rush Hour wallpaper would be great for a car crazy child and you could paper just one wall.

& GIFTS

As for gifts, there is much to tempt, the Oskar and Ellen tea set in soft cloth has to be a winner as does its World Map for hanging on the wall. Deborah Zemke's Doodles at Dinner are the perfect distraction for kids when eating out, with tear out placemats for squiggling on and colouring in.
