Fostering Information Line

This is the sister service to the Adoption Information Line and performs a similar role; informing you of the law and the role of foster carers. Navigation is a bit tricky, but after a while on the site its much easier to figure out. The site provides excellent information on Fostering, Carers Allowances, What Sort of People Foster, Foster Carer Assessment and Social Security Benefits. You can register your interest via the site, and ask to be sent an information pack. The number for a freephone fostering advice line is also listed.
