Adam Frost and his Award Winning Garden at RHS Chelsea

Adam Frost talks about his award winning garden at RHS Chelsea.

Award winning garden designer, Adam Frost won a coveted Gold Medal for his garden, Sowing the Seeds of Change at this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Adam Frost is no stranger to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and this year’s outdoor space is the sixth garden that he has designed for the prestigious event.

Adam talks us through his creation of The Homebase Garden - Sowing the Seeds of Change, in association with Alzheimer’s Society, which deservedly picked up a gold medal at the centenary year of the event.

The Homebase Garden, Sowing the Seeds of Change is styled as a modern family garden, providing an environment where people can enjoy a connection to food and nature, as well as an outdoor space where people can spend time with family and friends. It encourages foraging amongst the family where you'll find rhubarb, fennel, edible hostas, blackcurrant bushes all sitting amongst the beds.
