NetMovers is a commission free property website where you can list your property for a modest fee. List your property whether its your home, business or overseas property and your listing will be online within twenty-four hours of receipt of your order.

The one-off charge is £99 exc VAT and the listing is on NetMovers' site until the property is sold. There are no hidden charges and you are free to make adjustments, description changes at will. You just have to talk to your account manager, who also monitors all viewings and offers on your property.

The company was set up in 2002 dealing with domestic and business properties in the UK, Europe, Ireland and worldwide. They have spent over £1 million on building and the marketing the site. This is evident as the site is easy to navigate and each property listed has full descriptions, plenty of images and local information. You can arrange a call back from NetMovers at a specified time, whether you're a propspective buyer or a seller.

NetMovers offers sellers the guarantee that prospective buyers have the funds in place to buy properties. These potential buyers have been communicated with at least three times by NetMovers prior to their viewing appointment. The company also runs a database of registered buyers who will be contacted with details of new relevant property listings.
