Ella's Kitchen Company

Launched by Katherina Saunders in 2004, Ella's Kitchen Company is now a firm favourite amongst in-the-know homeowners, who fall upon the small, but perfectly formed range of unusual kitchen storage and accessories.

NORWEGIAN KITCHEN DESIGN

The most popular piece in the range, and the first product to be sold by Ella's Kitchen Company, is the 12 scoop storage cabinet. This has been modelled on the original kitchen cabinet, which was left to Katherina by her Norwegian grandmother, Ella. A space-saving, kitchen spice and dry food storage cabinet or mini-larder, the 12 scoop storage cabinet is built using responsibly sourced European wood, made by a local Shropshire craftsman, and hand-painted with Ella's Kitchen Company's own Little Greene Paint low FOC paints.

The scoops and bottles are both created in an artisan method using recycled materials, with each scoop featuring a transparent front panel with labels. Katherina has deliberately followed the original manufacturing process as closely as possible to ensure that each Ella's Kitchen Cabinet can become a family heirloom to those who purchase one.

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES

In addition to the 12 scoop kitchen cabinet, Katherina has developed eight, five and three scoop cabinets for different sized kitchens, or areas of the home. The range also now includes storage boxes, Nordic coat hooks, extending clothes dryers, coffee mugs and other kitchen accessories, each of which have been made with the same care and attention to detail.
