London Design Festival
The London Design Festival takes place annually during September at events taking place across London. A red Festival D displayed anywhere in London denotes an event associated with the Festival. This year, the Festival has increased in size once again and there are events taking place in venues across town, from Deptford to Hackney, Earl's Court to Islington.
The Festival celebrates 'London as the creative capital of the world and the gateway to the UK's world class creative community.' A full list of events can be found under Programme. A main feature of the Festival is emerging design talent in various mediums, in graphics, fashion and other products.
The South Bank Centre is the festival hub.
