Awful customer service, I ordered a corner bath but received the wrong handed bath and reported the error to plumbworld within 15 minutes of delivery - please note they do not provide a telephone number therefore all contact is via email - 36 hours later I received an email stating that they were checking stock codes. 5 days later I have not received any further contact, the incorrect bath is still in my dinning room and I am unable to finish the project.
This company has complete contempt for it's customers and service.
