Willow & Stone was launched in September 2005 selling high quality fittings and accessories for period homes. The well designed website makes it easy for architects, designers and owners of old houses to source the correct fittings for their period homes, all under one roof.
HISTORY
The company was founded by Sarah Willshaw, who had previously worked for LASSCO, the famous architectural salvage company in London. She has an insider's knowledge of the business and had also run their excellent website. She has put all this into practice with the running of her own company, Willow & Stone, with her husband, Nick J. Williams, an artist.
VARIED STOCK
To get an overview of what is available, click on Our Products, which gives you a visual overlay of the varied stock. Here you will find antique, traditional and reclaimed period fittings sitting alongside gifts and clocks and an excellent selection of products for household chores. Prices are competitive and Sarah will give discounts for large orders.
DOOR KNOBS TO PICTURE HOOKS
Some of Willow & Stone's door knobs were recently featured in the Evening Standard's Homes & Property, a fabulous selection of clear glass, ebonised wood, amber glass and brass knobs. Bell buzzers, reclaimed bronze picture hooks, antique preserve pots which have been reclaimed from a waste disposal dump, banister brushes, weather vanes, rafia and twine, house numbers, hampers for dog lovers or for the gardener all vie for space. You name it, Willow & Stone has probably got it.

The Artist in Residence showcase Nick Williams' paintings catching the beauty of Cornwall, all of which can be bought online.
The blog lists special offers, new stock, features in the press and news of the Willow & Stone shop opening soon in Falmouth, Cornwall.
Sarah wanted her family run company to have good old fashioned values where customer service is paramount. She offers advice on products and if something isn't right, she is happy to give a full refund. You can always ring them if you want to discuss one of the products in detail or feel happier placing a telephone order. Where possible, orders are despatched on the day of order to arrive the following day. She charges a flat fee of £4 p&p to mainland UK.
